Side effects:

Nandrolone has a low tendency for estrogen conversion, estimated to be only about 200% of that seen with testosterone. This is because while the liver can convert nandrolone to estradiol, in other more active sites of steroid aromatization such as adipose tissue nandrolone is far less open to this process. Elevated estrogen levels may still be noticed with higher dosing, however, and may cause side effects such as increased water retention, body fat gain, and gynecomastia. An anti-estrogen such as clomiphene citrate or tamoxifen citrate may be necessary to prevent estrogenic side effects if they occur. Many 19-nor anabolic steroids are shown to have some affinity for the progesterone receptor as well. The side effects associated with progesterone are similar to those of estrogen.

Administration:

The usual dosage for physique or performance-enhancing purposes is the range of 200-600mg per week, taken in cycles 8 to 12 weeks in length. This level is sufficient for most users to notice measurable gains in lean muscle mass and strength.

Nandrolone decanoate is an injectable form of the anabolic steroid nandrolone.The decanoate ester provides a slow release of nandrolone from the site of injection, lasting for up to three weeks. Nandrolone is very similar to testosterone in structure, although it lacks a carbon atom at the 19th position (hence its other name, 19nortestosterone). Like testosterone, nandrolone exhibits relatively strong anabolic properties. Unlike testosterone, however, its tissue-building activity is accompanied by weak androgenic properties. Much of this has to do with the reduction of nandrolone to a weaker steroid, dihydronandrolone, in the same androgen-responsive target tissues that potentate the action of testosterone (by converting it to DHT). The mild properties of nandrolone decanoate have made it one of the most popular injectable steroids worldwide, highly favored by athletes for its ability to promote significant strength and lean muscle mass gains without strong androgenic or estrogenic side effects. Nandrolone decanoate provides a sharp spike in nandrolone release 24-48 hours following deep intramuscular injection, which steadily declines to near baseline levels approximately two weeks later. The mean depot-release half-life of nandrolone decanoate is 8 days.

Dose:

Primobolan-Depot, like all oily solutions, should be administered intramuscularly only.
*Adults:
1 ampoule (100mg) i.m. every 2 weeks
Once the desired initial result is achieved, continue with 1 i.m. every 3-4 weeks.
In women a smaller dose is sufficient: 1/2 ampoule (50mg) of primobolan-depot i.m. every 2-3 weeks. This dose should not be passed. In advanced acute cases of protein defict the initial dose may be raised to achieve the desired effect more quickly, as well as cutting the recommended ranges, for example: 2 ampoules (200mg) of Primobolan-Depot i.m. For initial treatment, continuation, 1 ampoule (100mg) each week.
In prolonged treatments, the intervals extend to 2-4 weeks. In special indications, woman’s breast or genital carcinomas, prolonged treatment with 1 ampoule (100mg) every 1-2 weeks or 2 ampoules every 2-3 weeks
* Teenagers over 50kg (15-18 years old)
1/2 ampoule (50mg) of Primobolan-Depot i.m. every 2 weeks. In patients who have not reached adulthood, a 4-6 week break should be given after taking the anabolic for 4 weeks.

Contraindications:

Methenolone enanthate contains an androgenic action. Therefore Primobolan-Depot should not be administered during pregnancy as it may present a risk of virilization in female infants. Primobolan-Depot should also not be given to patients with prostate carcinoma, as this substance may aggravate the condition.
Hypercalcemia

Side effects:

At therapeutic doses Primobolan-Depot generally has no androgenic side effects. In isolated cases, may present manifestations of virilization in some pre-arranged patients. Primoblan-Depot has no estrogenic properties.

Observations:

When there is a visible sensitivity to androgenic stimuli, as happens mainly in women, and girls, in isolated cases may present during treatment, signs of virilization, acne, hirsutism in the face and legs, slight thickening of voice, rudeness, etc. – Treatment should be discontinued if these manifestations appear. If changes in the voice appear, if the treatment is required to continue, there is a possibility that the process may become irreversible. For these reasons, it is recommended to limit the use of anabolics in women in absolutely necessary cases.
In patients who have not reached adulthood, treatment should be performed at the indicated intervals to avoid manifestations of virilization and acceleration of bone maturity.
In men it is recommended to perform prostate examinations at regular intervals.
During prolonged treatment with hormonal substances, such as those containing Primobolan-Depot, very rarely hepatic changes have been observed which may lead to treatment discontinuation. For this reason it is necessary to inform the doctor when presenting unusual epigastric disorders that do not disappear alone in a short time.
